Specialist Staff Training

We provide specialist staff training for organisations and teams working with complex, sensitive and high-risk presentations. Our training is designed for charities, frontline services, schools, healthcare providers and professionals who want to deepen their understanding and strengthen their confidence when supporting individuals affected by trauma, risk and vulnerability.

We offer bespoke consultancy packages which may include policy development and implementation, reviewing organisational responses to sexual harassment and professional boundaries, supporting services working with survivors or perpetrators of abuse, and developing healthier approaches to managing sexual and emotional difficulties in school settings.
